ABOUT The Pickle Bank
The Pickle Bank is a community-focused food initiative that rescues surplus produce from farms, restaurants, and food suppliers and redirects it into subsidized food subscription boxes. Any remaining produce is transformed into small-batch preserves, with sales helping fund continued access to food for individuals and families in need. We also offer agricultural and cooking workshops to support food literacy and empower people to make the most of what they have.
